Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Georgian railway workers establish new joint venture

An agreement on the establishment of a joint venture on a parity basis has today been signed by Azerbaijan Railways JSC, Kazakhstan Railway JSC and Georgian Railway JSC on the sidelines of the Silk Road Forum in Tbilisi, APA-Economics reports.

The railway workers of the three countries have combined their efforts for the development of multimodal service on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.

A new company - Middle Corridor Multimodal Ltd - is being established at the base of the Astana International Financial Center.
