Today, a new draft law "On Aviation" was discussed at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
The draft law consists of 15 chapters and 68 articles.
The bill regulates the use of the airspace of the Republic of Azerbaijan and activities in the field of aviation, and will define the legal and organizational basis of the measures implemented to ensure safety in aviation, including state defense, ensuring the needs of the people and the economy related to air transportation and aviation work.
The bill was to be a vote and adopted on the third reading.
