AzAL operates first passenger flight en route Baku-Lenkeran

“There will be flights en route Baku-Lankaran on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 09.00 am. The aircraft was to fly at 09.00 am, but the flight was delayed because of unfavorable weather conditions. Later favorable weather conditions allowed operation of the flight,†the company said.
French-made ATR aircrafts fly en route Baku-Lankaran. A one-way ticket costs AZN 41 and round-trip AZN 82.
AZN 51.1 million was allocated for the construction of Lenkeran Airport. The airport will be inaugurated in a few days. Up to now, AzAL operated flights en route Baku-Nakhchivan, Baku-Gandja and Baku-Zagatala.
