Bakcell expands Customer Services to regions

Baku. Aynur Veliyeva – APA-Economics. Bakcell, one of the leading mobile operators in Azerbaijan, opened a new “Bakcellim” Customer Care and Service Center in the town of Sheki.

The centre was opened by the CEO of Bakcell Ms. Ineke Botter who invited members of Sheki authorities to officially take part in the ceremony. Representatives of Sheki business community and local media were also present at the ceremony.

The CEO of Bakcell Ms. Botter said: “Bakcell have enhanced its network in Azerbaijan’s north-west. Besides our philosophy is to be closer to customers and by opening this centre in Sheki we are getting nearer to the citizens of the town”. She also pointed out that for all of Bakcellim’s staff are local inhabitants and Bakcell always endeavors to employ citizens of the local community in order to contribute to the region’s economy.
The representative of Sheki city authority Mr Eldaniz Gahramanov said: “We are genuinely happy Bakcell has come to Sheki, so our inhabitants can benefit from the company’s services without the need to go to Baku or elsewhere. ”
This is already the sixth Bakcellim center that was opened by Bakcell this year. Bakcell will have around 20 such centers in total by the end of 2009. The new Bakcellim centers will offer the whole range of customer care services for Bakcell’s Cin, Klass and Gold subscribers.
Bakcell is one of the largest investors in the Azerbaijani market, implementing large scale investment in the country’s economy.
