Non-residential premises and rental rates keep dropping in Azerbaijan

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA-Economics. The average prices of non-residential premises and rental rate declined by 1.2% in Baku during May, said the Real Estate Market Participants.

The average price of non-residential premises prices declined from $3 102 in April to $3 065 per sq. m in May.

Non-residential premises offered below average price account for 61.9% of the supply.

According to the survey, prices fell by 15% on year-on-year basis.

Exposure time increased by 2% in May.
