Baku. Aynur Veliyeva – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based communications firms earned AZN 200.8 million during the first quarter, up 5.3% from a year ago.
The State Statistical Committee said communications services earned the firms AZN 155.4 million.
Mobile services accounted for 70.6% of the earnings, up 6.2% on last year.
The private sector took a 77.7% share in services.
