Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Property Management Committee is developing recommendations on the pricing of a real estate in acquisition for public needs and proposals on minimum requirements for qualification of appraisers.
The Committee said proposals will soon be presented to relevant bodies for review and approval.
Under Rules for Calculating the Price of Real Estate which will be acquired for Public Use, approved by the Cabinet, professional natural and legal persons - appraisers will be involved in setting the price of a real estate object.
