Baku. Vugar Israfilov – APA-Economics. As opposed to a month earlier, prices of construction materials went down by 5.5% on average in Baku during March 2009, said the Public Union of the Real Estate Market Participants.
The year-on-year drop in prices was 46.6% as prices started to decline globally.
According to surveys of 85 types of construction materials, there was a decline in prices of 33 products, steady prices in 51 products and an increase in the price of only 1 product.
The global financial crisis pushed down prices of imported and homemade materials.
