Azerbaijan unveils e-signature pilot version

Baku. Aynur Veliyeva - APA-Economics. A consortium of IT firms - Ultra, Microsoft and Azerin - has delivered a presentation of the pilot version of solutions for e-signature project end-users.
Preparation and use of e-signature cards for natural and legal persons (the process of registration, signature verification and submission of documents) were introduced at the event held at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, said Ultra, operator of the consortium.
Simulation of different scenarios for the use of e-signature cards were done in the view of participants.
The e-signature system is slated for launch in October.
