Azerbaijan to join Caspian Telecoms 2009

Baku. Aynur Veliyeva - APA-Economics. Azerbaijanâ€™s Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies will send a delegation to the 8th Regional Turkey, Caspian, Black Sea and Russia Conference and Telecommunications and IT technologies Showcase which will take place in Istanbul on April 21-22.
The ministryâ€™s administration chairman Ilham Mardanov will lead the delegation composed of Aztelecom director general Mahammad Mammadov, International Relations Officer Jalil Jafarov and Nakhchivan AR ministry administration chairman Adil Hasanov, said the ministry.
Representatives of private companies will also attend the meeting.
The Caspian & Black Sea Telecoms Conference & Showcase acts as an international gateway into a market that offers huge potential for both established investors and new market entrants.
The Showcase is held alongside the Conference, providing an opportunity for companies within the telecoms industry to display and demonstrate their latest products and services and the new technology that will help develop and modernize the telecoms industry in the region.
