Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. Construction of Oguz-Gabala-Baku drinking water pipeline has continued to progress on schedule and is on track for completion by August, said Zefer Ozkok, the country manager of a project contractor Turkish company.
The local representative of Turan Hazinedaroglu Company said pipe-lay work will be completed by August and SKADA system will be installed afterwards.
“Testing the pipeline will take two months. We have laid pipes in 210 kilometers and there is 40 kilometers left.
The 5 m3/s capacity fiber-glass pipeline will provide naturally pure water to Baku.
Azerbaijan will finish building major drinking water pipeline by late summer
