Two Guba district residents—Najafov Roman (1978) and Omarov Elman (1976)—have drown off the Nabran coast in the Caspian Sea, APA’s north bureau reported.
Rescuers sent the North Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations found Roman’s dead body 200 meters away from the spot he had drowned.
