Along with the achievements made in the reporting period, a number of flaws were also brought to attention at the meeting.
It was said that despite the reduction in the number of deliberate murder crimes and fatal traffic accidents, participants expressed their concern over the fact that some of the cases still remain unsolved.
The cases of one deliberate murder committed in each of the Garadagh and Yasamal districts, one deliberate murder attempt made in Nasimi district, two fatal accidents recorded in Sabunchu district and one in Khatai district are still unsolved.
Participants emphasized the necessity of conducting intensive investigative and search operation to disclose those cases soon and bring the guilty to criminal liability.
The city prosecutor gave relevant instructions. Flaws, offences, procrastinations uncovered in the investigative activities of prosecutors and interior affairs agencies were analyzed based on concrete examples and their elimination was called for.
