The Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Justice are to fulfill all tasks envisaged in the presidential order.
Article #265-1 was annexed to the Criminal Code:
1.1. An entrepreneur allowing person – who is not authorized to drive public vehicles to operate, failing to provide medical examination of drivers, causing heavy or less heavy harm to health of victim as a result of negligence – will face deprivation of the right to hold the certain position or to engage in the certain activities for the term up to two years, AZN 3000-6000 fine or up to 2-year imprisonment.
1.2. For the same acts, which brought to death of a victim, an entrepreneur is punished by deprivation of the right to hold the certain position or to engage in the certain activities for the term up to three years, imprisonment for the term from two up to five years.
1.3. For the same acts, which brought to death of two or more victims, an entrepreneur is punished by deprivation of the right to hold the certain position or to engage in the certain activities for the term up to three years, imprisonment for the term from three up to eight years.
The law will come into force from December 1, 2015.
