Press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office told APA that transfer and passenger service agent of Ground Handling Company branch Elmin Novruzov and former employee of the service Mirzali Guliyev are suspected of creating conditions for 4 citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran and 2 other persons to illegally leave the country on Baku-London plane of Azerbaijan Airlines CSC in exchange for $3000. Elmin Novruzov faced charges under Criminal Code’s article #308.1 (abuse of power) and 313 (service forgery) and Mirzali Guliyev under article #320.1 (falsification, preparation, selling of fake documents or using fake documents).
The criminal case has been submitted to Khazar District court.
