APA reports that MP Rafael Jabrayilov, his brothers Elshan Jabrayilov, Rauf Jabrayilov and relative Akif Amanaliyev have been sued over the loan agreement.
Bank Nikoil has sued them. The bank demands the payment of the loan debt. According to the suit, the total amount of the debt is AZN 879 618 000 ($1.1 miliion). Binagadi district court partially sustained the case. Baku Appeals Court partially cancelled the act and adopted a new resolution.
Supreme Court will consider the case.
MP Rafael Jabrayilov confirmed the fact to APA. “This is property dispute between my brothers and the bank,” he said.
