According to him, 7 cases of forced labor were registered during the reporting period. “As a result of the measures, 11 cases of illegal preparation of documents related to human trafficking were revealed,” he said.
Gurbanov said that 26 persons were prosecuted over the abovementioned cases.
The department head went on to add that in the first ten month of this year, a total of 58 persons became the victims of the human trafficking, and all necessary measures were taken for paying them compensation.
