According to information obtained by APA, 34-year-old Elnur Aliyev is the director of Inter Travel company in Baku. This summer, the police received a complaint that he had committed fraudulent acts against a group of persons. According to the complaint, Aliyev borrowed AZN 4,500 from Iranian citizen Taleh Karim Mahmmouidi in February-July this year and didn’t give it back. Moreover, he borrowed over 28.000 from various persons and didn’t give it back.
