Chief of the Main State Traffic Police Department, Police Major General Ramiz Zeynalov said at today’s operational meeting that procedures of the state registration of vehicles imported to the country were carried out on the basis of the principle of “one window”. During the reporting period, 32,721 cars underwent preliminary registration. The capacity of the country’s car parks made up more than 1,338,000. In 2015, citizens were granted 50,977 driver licenses. 63.8% of the vehicles underwent technical inspection.
