In a series of countering crime actions, 328 people wanted by Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies were detained and handed over to concerned agencies.

As a result of measures taken in the fight against smuggling, a total of smuggled goods worth AZN 245,000 in 44 smuggling cases were seized. That includes AZN 1,662, USD 1380, 900 pyrotechnical substance, one rifle, one pneumatic gun, one motorcycle, 7 boat, 2,146 boxes of cigarettes, 269 mobile phones, 30 cattle, and a variety of food and industrial goods were detained.
