It happened yesterday in Moscow at 16.00. Witnesses and local residents informed the police. The police found 5 cartridge cases at the scene.
The person, who fired, was detained in Safisa wedding palace. It was Seymur Nabizadeh, 18. A Makarov pistol was found on him.
The Azerbaijani wedding was held at Safisa wedding palace owned by Azerbaijani billionaire Telman Ismayilov. The police are investigating the incident.
Similar incident happened in the center of Moscow earlier. Residents of Dagestan fired gunshots into the air from the wedding cortege. The Russian media broadly covered the incident. The perpetrators were fined and sentenced to administrative arrest.
