Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. In Absheron district court, the judicial process on the criminal case of Nigar Yagublu, imprisoned deputy chairperson of Musavat Party Youth Organization, was continued in the second half of the day. According to APA, Nigar Yagublu’s father, the Deputy Chairman of Musavat Party Tofig Yagublu, gavce testimony at the judicial process presided by judge Ilham Karimov. Lawyer Adil Ismailov said that the phone conversation between the investigator and T. Yagublu was in the evidences list of accusation presented. Underlining the illegal acquisition of evidence, the lawyer raised a petition on its withdrawal from the list of evidence.
The judge delayed the discussion of the petitions for the next trial because of the other lawyer's absence in court.
The judicial process will be continued on December 7.
