Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. Absheron District Court is holding preliminary hearing on the criminal case on imprisoned deputy chairperson of Musavat Youth Organization Nigar Yagublu, APA reports.
According to APA, the petition on commutation of Yagublu's imprisonment to house arrest filed by Adil Ismayilov during the last hearing and petition on withdrawal from the list of evidences of Tofig Yagublu’s phone conversation with the lawyer Osman Kazimov and the investigator filed during the preliminary investigation were discussed at the hearing presided by judge Ilham Karimov.
Note that, the lawyer Ismayilov filed petitions for commutation of Yagublu's imprisonment to house arrest on the basis of the appeal to Absheron District Court signed by 6 MPs on behalf of the MP Ganira Pashayeva.
