Murderer of Azerbaijani in Darien, US arrested

APA reports quoting “Chicago tribune” that he was charged with slaying of the Azerbaijani and kidnapping his girlfriend. Prosecutors did not release any home address information for Huseynli, nor his official time of death. Police were called to Wildwood Court and found Huseynli dead on a lawn from what appeared to be a stab wound, according to the release. Then the murderer has takes his girlfriend hostage. But the police have arrested the murderer a few hours later.

The kidnapping victim had lived with Spitalli from late last year to the beginning of September, then tried to get an order of protection Sept. 11 when Spitalli began following her, showing up at her home and workplace, the friend said. Court records show a DuPage County judge denied the request for an order of protection on Oct. 2, less than a month after it was filed.
