Investigation on 18-year-old Azerbaijani detained after firing from wedding cortege in Moscow completed

Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. The investigation on 18-year-old Azerbaijani Seymur Nabizadeh detained after firing from wedding cortege in Moscow has been completed.

APA reports quoting the website of Head Office of the Russian Interior Ministry in Moscow that the investigative materials have been sent to the prosecutor’s office and it will be sent to Nikulin court after the confirmation. If the accusations are proved, Seymur Nabizadeh may be sentenced at least to 5 year imprisonment.

An Azerbaijani fired gunshots into air from the wedding cortege in Russian capital on November 12 at 16.00. Witnesses and local residents informed the police. The police attempted to stop the cars in the wedding cortege but the drivers didn’t stop the cars. The police found 5 cartridge cases at the scene. The Azerbaijani wedding was held at Safisa wedding palace. The police inspected 9 Azerbaijanis and their cars. A Makarov traumatic pistol was found on Seymur Nabizadeh and a traumatic pistol, shackles and many cartridges from his car. Nikulinskiy District Court has today considered the criminal case on 9 Azerbaijanis. 8 of them faced administrative punishment.
