APA reports that Ruslan Asad, member of OL Movement and instructor of the National Democratic Institute (NDI) mission to Azerbaijan, has been taken to the Investigation Department for Grave Crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office today. Currently, he is giving a testimony.
Ruslan Asad actively participated in the protest “End to soldiers' death” in Baku on March 10 and was detained. Later he was released.
