Balakan. Vugar Heydarov – APA. One more member of the gang, that came to Garakli village in a car, shooting from machine gun, has been detained.
Balakan District Police Office told APA that one more member of the gang, that came to Garakli village in “Niva”, shooting from machine gun, 20-year old resident of Garakli village Farid Murtuz Algayev was detained as a result of operation conducted by the investigation group of the Police Office.
The District Police Office told APA that the motive of the event will be known after the investigation is completed.
Currently the employees of the Police Office are searching for two other perpetrators of the incident, 22-year-old resident of Gullar village Israfil Aydin Sariyev and 18-year-old Emil Shabnus Dibirov.
It was found out that 5 persons came to Garakli village in “Niva” and opened fire from Kalashnikov machine gun several times.
As a result of operation, 3 gang members - driver of “Niva”, 20-year-old resident of Mahmalar village Polad Kamil Sultanov, 23-year-old resident of Balakan city Murad Ilgar Azizov who opened fire from Kalashnikov machine gun and Farid Murtuz Algayev were detained.

Balakan District Police Office told APA that 23-year-old Murad Ilgar Azizov, who came to Garakli village in “Niva”, shooting from machine gun, was detained as a result of operation conducted by the investigation group of the Police Office.
5.45-caliber Kalashnikov was seized from Murad Azizov. Azizov said in his preliminary testimony that he found the gun in the region. The District Police Office told APA that the motive of the event will be known after the investigation is completed.
Currently the employees of the Police Office are searching for the other perpetrator of the incident, 18-year-old resident of Gullar village Emil Shabnus Dibirov.

Balakan. Vugar Heydarov – APA. An armed incident happened in Balakan, the Police Office of the region told APA.
The incident was recorded in Garakli village of the region. At night, a group of persons arrived at the village in “Niva” and opened fire from machine gun several times.
As police received information on the incident, an operational group was established and investigated the scene. 5.45-caliber bullets were found at the scene.
Driver of “Niva”, 20-year-old Polad Kamil Sultanov was detained as a result of the measures taken by the employees of Balakan District Police Office.
Other perpetrators of the event 23-year-old Murad Ilgar Azizov and 18-year-old Emil Shabnus Dibirov are being searched.
Police also said that machine gun used in the incident belonged to Azizov and he opened fire. The motive of the event is not yet known.
Balakan District Police Office has launched a criminal case on articles 221 (hooliganism) and 228 (illegal possession of firearms) of the Criminal Code.
