Customs officers reveal smuggling of fake seals and stamps of Azerbaijani government agencies from Russia

“Setra” passenger bus coming from Russia was checked at “Samur” checkpoint of Khachmaz Customs Office. Four seals undeclared by the driver Azerbaijani citizen Saday Murshudov “General Department of Shamkir region executive power of Azerbaijan Republic”, “State Notary Officer Gurbanov Siyavush Heydar Shamkir region State Notary’s Office #1 of Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic”, “Sabirkend municipality of Shamkir region of Azerbaijan Republic”, “Sabirkend village Local Agrarian Reforms Commission of Shamkir region of Azerbaijan Republic” were found inside the bus.

Two stamps “Sabirkend Municipality of Shamkir region of Azerbaijan Republic”, “Sabirkend village Local Agrarian Reforms Commission of Shamkir region of Azerbaijan Republic”, copy of the “Certificate given by the State Agency on Industrial Safety and Mining Supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Republic”, copies of the Extract and Certificate from the protocol #96 of Agrarian Reforms Commission of Shamkir region dated November 30, 2012 were also seized.
