Criminal case of Azerbaijani MPâ€™s nephew accused of murder submitted to court

Press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office told APA that the investigation on fatal armed incident at “1001 gece” rest center in Sabayil district on July 17, 2012 has been completed.

The initial investigation has been completed into the criminal case launched on Rashad Miralamov, who is accused of premeditated murder of Ramal Bayramov by Makarov pistol, the attempt for deliberate murder of Samad Mansimov, Elmar Suleymanov and the others and extorting the properties of Firdosi Baghirov and Zamin Baghirov by threats, on articles 120.2.4, 120.2.5, 120.2.10, 120.2.11, 29, 120.2.7 (premeditated murder), 182.2.3, 182.2.4, 182.2.4, 182.3.2, 182.3.3 (extortion by threats) and 228.1 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or the carrying of firearms) of the Criminal Code. The materials have been submitted to Baku Court of Grave Crimes.

The initial investigation has been completed into the criminal case launched on Firdovsi Bagirov, Elnur Gasimov, Elmar Suleymanov, Samad Mansimov, Orkhan Malikov and Shahin Novruzov on articles 221.2.1, 221.2.2, 221.3 (hooliganism), 234.4.3 (illegally obtaining, keeping, carrying, sending or selling drugs, psychotropic agents) and 317.2.1 (keeping, using banned items in detention facilities) of the Criminal Code. The materials have been submitted to Baku Court of Grave Crimes.
