The Ministry’s public affairs center told APA that citizens of Azerbaijan Republic – Jafarov Ilham Nuhu and Mammadov Ehliman Mahammad set up an organized gang consisting of other citizens of Azerbaijan Republic – Bayramov Eyvaz Ibrahim, Asadov Natig Meher, Jabbarov Talib Yusif, Mammadov Samir Yusif and others, led the gang and distributed posts among the members of the gang.
It has been found out that the members of the organized gang abusing confidence of various individuals, misappropriated their property giving them false promises on concessional loans, appointment for various posts.
The members of the organized gang abused confidence and deceived citizens, totally, caused them AZN 215 000 damage.
Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of National Security has launched criminal case on the fact on articles 178.3.1, 178.2.2 and 178.3.2 (swindling, repeated abuse of confidence, misappropriation of property by organized gang) of the Criminal Code.
Court has passed a judgment to arrest Ilham Jafarov, Ehliman MAmmadov, Eyvaz Bayramov, Samir Mammadov, Talib Jabbarov and Natig Asadov. Investigation is underway.
