Traffic accident kills three and injures two from one family in Azerbaijan - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED

Regional Police Office told APA that the accident was recorded on 93 km of Hajigabul-Horadiz highway.

“Hova” truck (90 JT 280) driven by 40-year-old Georgian citizen Rauf Mehrali Aliyev collided with “Mercedes Benz E-200” (30 BF 627) driven by resident of Imishli’s Hajirustam village, 30-year-old Emin Novruz Babayev.

As a result of the accident, driver of Mercedes Babayev, his 29-year-old wife Gunel Alimardan Babayeva and 1 year-old daughter Ayan died.

The driver’s two sons, 7-year-old Novruz and 6-year-old Fehruz were injured and taken to the Imishli Central Hospital.

3 died as car collides with truck in Azerbaijan

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A fatal traffic accident occurred in Imishli region. APA reports that the accident was recorded on 93 km of Hajigabul-Horadiz highway. Mercedes car collided with Shacman truck.

Consequently, the driver of Mercedes and other two passengers died at the site.

At present, the victims’ names are being identified.
