Second death in Azerbaijani prison in the past ten-day

Adem Samadov from Goychay reion was sentenced to 15 years in jail for manslaughter, and he was taken to the detention place several days ago.
â€œHe was ill when he was taken to the prison. He was receiving treatment while he fell down. The prisoner was taken to the treatment place of Justice Ministry. But he die there despite all efforts,â€ the service told the APA.
Several days ago, two prisoners in the mentioned detention place-Tagiyev Habil and Hanifeyev Gabil came into conflict in which Hanifeyevâ€™s was killed by the injuries on the stomach.
The case is being investigated under article 126.3 (premeditated harm to onesâ€™ health) of criminal code. /APA/
