The assistant prosecutor added that the detained was involved in the constructed of the collapsed building together with a group of workers.
The efforts to recover the body of 43-year-old Saray settlement resident Rauf Abdullayev from the wreckage continues.

APA’s correspondent reports from the site that assistant prosecutor of Absheron district, Rauf Movsumov said the results of the medical examination will not be publicized until the second body is recovered.
The body of Rafig Mammadov was recovered from the wreckage of the collapsed building in Neapol resort situated in Baku-Sumgayit and sent to medical examination.
Emergencies Ministry officials, Absheron district officials, media representatives and family members of the victims are on the scene.
The two-storey building under construction in Neapol resort collapsed on August 14. There were 17 workers in the construction area while 14 of them managed to escape and 3 people were under the wreckage, one of them has already been taken out from underneath wreckage, he is slightly injured.
Criminal case has already been launched on the fact under article 222 (Violation safety rules while carrying out construction), 11 and 162 (violation of labor safety rules) by Absheron district prosecutor’s office. The prosecutor’s office told APA investigator Khanalr Gafarov is dealing with the criminal case. /APA/
