Trail of accused of Ganja Traffic police chiefâ€™s assassination continued

Azerbaijanâ€™s Court of Grave Crimes continued today the trial of Zabit Kazimov and Perviz Mammadov accused of Ganja Traffic Police chief Ikram Khalilovâ€™s assassination, APA reports. The trial was presided over by Judge Imameli Asgerov. Bahar Muradova who was in the car and the officer of Ganja Traffic Police Ilham Bagirov gave testimony to the court. Then a lawyer to Zabit Kazimov Nermine Mammadova solicited and asked court to hold repeated medical examination and to take measures about the witnesses that gave false testimony to the court. The solicitation will be discussed in the trail to be held on January 19.
It should be noted that, Kazimov is convicted in Article 120.2.3 and 221.2 , Mammadov in Article 221.2 of the Criminal Code. /APA/
