“We aim for the activities of televisions and radios to meet international standards�, National Television and Radio Council chief Nushirevan Meherremli told APA.
He said that one of the main duties of the council is to increase the number of TV channels in the regions and prevent deficiency in this field. He noted that the control over television and radio will be further strengthened this year.
“Any television will be punished severely in case of violence of the requirements. The efforts to improve the logistics will be intensified�, he said. /APA/
