Number of judges increased by 137

The number of judges has increased by 137 last year, Lawyers Board told APA.
There were 370 members in 2005. Besides, 36 lawyers were employed that year. The number reached 543 in 2006. The Lawyers Board will administer examinations for admittance of new member this year. 3 lawyers have been dismissed and their activities have been stopped during last two days. 3 lawyers have been punished during this period. LB deputy chief Aydin Akhundov said the lawyers mostly considered the issues concerning rental problems, housing and some criminal cases on roguishness. /APA/
