Natig Efendiyev appealed to the Supreme Court

Former police chief of Ganja Natig Efendiyev appealed to the Supreme Court of the judgment of the Appeals Court, his advocate Vugar Khasayev told APA.
The judge to preside over the case has not determined yet. Advocate said that the health status of the detained Natig Efendiyev is well.
He had been sentenced to 5 years in jail under the article 228.2 (illegal arm carry) of the Criminal Code by the Dashkesen Court presided over by Hebib Hesenov. Appeals Court granted the decision. /APA/
