Azerbaijanâ€™s Interior Ministry: "The video released by Elshad Abdullayev cannot damage the image of the law-enforcement bodies or Minister Ramil Usubov"

Spokesman for the ministry, police colonel Sadig Gozalov said in response to APAâ€™s questionnaire that the video showing the talk of Elshad Abdullayev with the police officer dismissed five years ago cannot damage the image of the Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies or Minister Ramil Usubov.

â€œThe Ministry has tens of thousands employees. The existence of some negative cases, along with the achievements is natural and undeniable.
The Ministry and personally Mr. Minister demonstrate resolute and principled position on any shortcoming, any action damaging the image of the police, abuse of power by the person, who has to maintain public order, any acts of treasonâ€, he said.
