The incident has been recorded in the temporary detention facility of the police department. Detainee Vugar Shahmar Alakbarov, 22, hanged himself there.
According to the information, the above-mentioned person was brought to responsibility for kidnapping girl for the purpose of marriage. Several hearings were held on the cases. In today’s hearing he protested against the delay of court investigation. Alakbarov committed suicide after returned to the facility.
According to APA, the court was asked to sentence Alakbarov to 8 years in jail and he did it to protest against the sentence.
The investigation is being carried out on the fact.
