Baku Main Police Office: 20 policemen were injured in the protest action, 65 people were arrested

Interior Ministry told APA that some 200 radical religious people attempted to hold unsanctioned protest action outside the Education Ministry at about 12:00, October 5. The protestors continued Illegal acts despite the warnings of the police to stop the acts aiming to violate the public order. The traffic was disrupted for 40 minutes and dozens of cars were damaged.

They resisted to the law enforcers using pieces of wood and batons, 20 policemen were injured. 65 were detained for violating the public order. The criminal case was launched into the fact.
