Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. The member of “Nida” Civil Movement Zaur Gurbanli was detained. The chairman of Positive Change Youth Movement Bakhtiar Hajiyev told APA.

Hajiyev said that Z.Gurbanli was detained outside his own house: “According to my information, police executives detained Z.Gurbanli in front of his house and delivered to our office. There were several documents belonging to the “Nida” Civil Movement in office located in Murtuza Mukhtarov, 149. Our office offers an opportunity for the organizations which don’t have their own offices to keep their documents and hold relevant meetings. Police executives delivered Z.Gurbanli to the office and took the documents belonging to the “Nida” Civil Movement. I was told that Z.Gurbanli was delivered to the Department to Combat Organized Crimes of the Interior Ministry. But I don’t know why he was detained”.

Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA that it didn’t have any information concerning this incident.
