The prohibition was realized on the basis of writer-publicist Shamsiyya Beylergizi’s complain. Sh. Baylargizi addressed to the court and said that Suleymani violated his paternity rights and didn’t pay alimony to his child. According to her complaint the court prohibited him to leave Azerbaijan.

Commenting on the issue Beylergizi’s lawyer Tarlan Azayev confirmed the fact to APA. He said that Suleymani must pay AZN 7 000 alimony to Sh. Beylergizi. The suit on his case is being continued at present.

Suleymani said that it was a “trick”: “Why should I pay alimony to her? It is a game prepared by fake documents. That’s why I refuse to give alimony. It is true that the court prohibited me to leave Azerbaijan, but this prohibition was removed a few days ago.”
