Several employees of State Service of Mobilization and Military Challenge Service detained. They are accused of corruption â€“ <font color=red>EXCLUSIVE</font>

According to information, State Service of Mobilization and Military Challenge Service have carried operations in several Azerbaijanâ€™s regions. As a result, department chief of Saatli region Service Ilgar Atayev, the deputy department chief of Dashkesen region, employee of the Goychay department Maarif Nasibov have been detained. The detainees are accused of corruption.

The investigations are being held on the issue. Several more persons are going to be detained too.

On February 13, President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on application of the law on â€œMilitary job and military serviceâ€. Under the decree, the Military Commissariat of Azerbaijan Republic, Military Commissariat of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, military commissariats of regions and cities subordinated to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic have been abolished; State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan Republic has been established.

President Ilham Aliyev has also appointed Arzu Rahimov as chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Azerbaijan Republic. Arzu Rahimov had been chief of the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic.
