Baku Main State Police Office told APA that Muradaliyev Rashad Fazil, being wanted on the Criminal Code’s article #178 (Swindling), was detained as a result of operations carried out by the employees of Police Department #28 of Yasamal District Police Office on September 12.
APA reports that Muradaliyev is an executive director of “Iberia-press†agency of Tbilisi in Azerbaijan. This is the second case when he is detained due to swindling. Besides it, Muradaliyev was arrested in 2010.
Muradaliyev was nominated as a candidate for parliament in 2005.
His father was the ideological secretary of SSR CP CC
