Islam Huseynovâ€™s assassinatorâ€™s identity revealed

Baku. Victoria Dementieva â€“ APA. Ulyanovsk law-enforcement bodies could determine the identity of one of the assassinators of Islam Huseynov, the chairman of Ulyanovsk regional sector of All-Russia Azerbaijan Congress, the Federal Bureau of Investigation of Ulyanovsk region told APA.

Investigation Committee has revealed that the one of the assassinators is his relative for a long time. The law-enforcement bodies are still working to determine his place.

Investigations towards determining all details of the crime are being continued. Possible witnesses are being interrogated.

According to the local press, two persons are still being wanted over the assassination against Islam Huseynov, the head of Azerbaijan Diaspora in Ulyanovsk. One of them is a citizen of Azerbaijan.

Islam Huseynov was assassinated yesterday. As a result, Huseynov was wounded, his bodyguard Igor was killed.
