Former prison chief accused of misappropriating AZN 90 000 from citizens by swindle

According to him, former chief of Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service’s Correctional Facility №5 situated in Salyan, Faig Gulaliyev, born in 1959, took AZN 15 000 from Mail Aliyev under pretence of fixing up his son for a job, AZN 6 000 from Afet Ismayilov under pretence of fixing up his son for a job, AZN 6 000 from Khalida Zeynalova under pretence of fixing up her son for a job, AZN 25 000 from Fizuli Hajiyev under pretence of fixing up her son-in-law for a job, AZN 15 000 from Matlab Asgarov under pretence of fixing up his son for a job, AZN 6 000 from Kamal Khanaliyev under pretence of fixing up his son for a job, AZN 6000 from Shirkhan Salmanov under pretence of fixing up his son for a job and AZN 12 000 from Isag Abdullayev.
Consequently Faig Gulaliyev damaged the citizens in amount of AZN 91 000. The investigation checks the existence of the other defrauded.
Former chief of the Correctional Facility is accused of the Criminal Code’s article №178 (swindle). He was accused of misappropriating a large amount of money from the citizen under pretence of fixing up for a job.
The criminal case has been launched on the fact.
