Baku Military Court told APA that judge Habib Hasanov presided over the preliminary hearing on the case of former military commissar of Surakhany district Tevekkul Agayev, chief of the 2nd department of the military commissariat Murad Ibrahimov, chief of the 4th department of the commissariat Tale Ibrahimov, inspector of the 2nd department Merbud Mammadov, chairman of the military medical commission Aslan Aliyev and citizen Boris Abbasov. The court hearing will be held on February 3.
Former military commissar of Surakhany district Tevekkul Agayev and others were arrested over corruption in April, 2011.
