The incident was recorded in Goradil settlement of Absheron region. Bayram Shefaqet oglu Imanov, 24 was killed by an unknown person in the newly-constructed building in the settlement. The operational search actions for the detention of murderers are being continued.
Criminal investigation has been launched under the article 120.1 (deliberate murder) of the Criminal code. The investigation is underway.
