According to APA’s local bureau, the incident was recorded in Nabran village of Khacmaz region on January 17. Resident of region, Guchinkov Viktor Vladimirovic, born in 1958, hanged himself. According to Khacmaz Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the reasons of his suicide are unknown.
The criminal case has been launched by Khacmaz Regional Prosecutor into the fact under Criminal Code’s article 125 (bringing to suicide)
