The incident took place at about 13.30 on Tuesday. Unknown person called to service 102 at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and informed about the bomb installation in Yasamal market situated at 105, Gizil Sharg Street. The Ministry of Emergency Situations was immediately informed about the incident.
Law-enforcement and emergency officials arrived at site. People were evacuated from the market and search operations began. No suspicious subject was found in the market.
Police said they identified the place of anonym call. Now they are searching for the caller.
